MMD offer list rental to all our clients. We will source the data for your mailing campaign, based on the
demographics required for each campaign. This can be anything from age groups,
regional location, household revenue, etc.

Your mailing list is enormously valuable. It has taken a lot of time
and expertise to put together and you need to have the confidence in your
chosen bureau / mailing house that it will not be abused in any way. At MMD, our aim is to put
your mind at rest. Your data is stored on our servers, which are fully secure both physically and virtually. It will have
it’s own designated directory, specific to that project, so that at no time can
it be mixed up with others clients data files. All our procedures are fully
compliant with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. As
with our company procedures, once a project is complete, we will hold the data file(s) for a maximum time period of three months, after which time, the data
will be deleted. We will of course, hold the data for longer if the clients
requires it for a later project.
