PAF - MPS - Deduping
One of the most important aspects to any data file is the validity of the content. By running the database
against our PAF (postcode address file), we can make sure that the address is correct.
We will also run the data
file against the MPS (Mailing Preference Service) file if this is required by the
client. Databases can also be deduped by using our bespoke software. This enables each contact to be mailed
only once, thus saving on the postage cost. Deduping can be done by any line of
the address.
We also offer the client to
mailsort their data. This again offers the client a saving on their postage and
gives them more money to spend on other aspects of the mailing campaign.

Mailsort
One of the most expensive
costs when doing a mailing campaign is the postage element.
At Impakt MMD, we offer mailsort,
walksort and presstream, when enclosing your mailing. By using this process,
the client will make savings on their postage cost.
Please remember, if the data has not been processed by Impakt MMD and the personalised items supplied directly to Impakt
MMD, the client must supply, the mailsort , walksort or presstream summary
report, line listing and bag labels / final bag label disc.
